What do I get for €12?
One MovePass for one household move: up to 100 custom boxes, printable QR labels, phone scanning, one household sharing link, spreadsheet export and 12 months of access.
Do I need a subscription?
No. MovePass is a single €12 payment for one move. It does not renew automatically.
Will the QR labels work with my phone?
Yes. Print a label, attach it to the box and scan it with a modern phone camera to open that box’s record.
Can my household use it too?
Yes. The purchase owner can create one household link, replace it if it is shared incorrectly and revoke it at any time.
Can I export or delete my move?
Yes. The owner can download the move as a spreadsheet-compatible file and delete the complete move without contacting support.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Miniature Mythos will refund the full purchase price when asked within 14 days, with no reason required, in addition to applicable statutory rights.
