Information used to provide MovePass

We use your purchase email to deliver and recover a secure access link. MovePass stores a one-way representation of that email, the payment reference, move name, box names, rooms, item lists, notes, access-token hashes and operational timestamps needed to provide the service.

Information MovePass does not request

MovePass does not include item photos, advertising trackers, contact import, location tracking or social profiles. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by MovePass.

Access and household sharing

The purchase owner receives a secure link and can create, replace or revoke one household link. Anyone holding a valid link can access the permitted move, so treat it like a password and revoke it if it is shared incorrectly.

Service providers

MovePass uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and product data, Stripe for payments, Resend for transaction email and Microsoft Outlook for support email. These providers process only the information needed for their part of the service and may process it outside Ireland under their applicable safeguards.

Export, deletion and retention

The owner can export boxes and items as a spreadsheet-compatible file and delete the complete move without contacting support. Deletion revokes access and removes product data. Limited transaction records may still be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, refunds or legal obligations.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or another applicable privacy right by emailing hello@miniaturemythos.com. We may need to confirm that you control the relevant purchase before acting.
