MovePass is supplied by Benjamin O'Bright trading as Miniature Mythos, 25 Mount Drummond Avenue, Harold's Cross, Dublin, Ireland, D06 HY51. Support is available at hello@miniaturemythos.com or 083 432 8731.

What you are buying

One €12 payment provides one MovePass for one household move: one active move, up to 100 boxes, custom item lists and notes, printable QR labels, one revocable household link, spreadsheet export and self-service deletion. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Access period

Paid product access lasts for 12 months from purchase. Secure access links may expire sooner for security and can be recovered during the paid access period.

Secure links and household access

MovePass uses secure purchase and household links instead of a password. Keep those links private. The purchase owner can replace or revoke household access, and MovePass may suspend a link when needed to protect the service or customer information.

QR labels and physical use

Check that every label is readable after printing and before relying on it during a move. MovePass helps identify boxes; it does not insure goods, guarantee a removal service or replace safe packing and labelling.

Availability and fair use

MovePass is intended for ordinary household moving use within the 100-box limit. Maintenance, security work or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Refunds and statutory rights

Miniature Mythos will refund the full purchase price when you ask within 14 days of purchase, without requiring a reason. A full refund ends the associated MovePass access. This promise is additional to your applicable statutory rights.

Ending use

You can export and delete your move at any time. Deleting a move revokes its access links and removes its product data, subject to limited records we may need to keep for legal, accounting, fraud or refund purposes.
