Before contacting us

Try opening the latest secure link from your purchase email, printing one label at 100% scale and checking that your phone camera has permission to scan QR codes.

What support covers

Support covers purchase access, MovePass faults, QR-label generation, data export, deletion and refunds. It does not include moving advice, packing services, custom label production or general household-inventory consulting.

Response target

We aim to reply within two business days. If a fault prevents normal use, include the page you were using and what happened, but do not send card details or your secure access link.

Urgent access protection

If a household or purchase link was shared incorrectly, replace or revoke it inside MovePass. If you cannot access that control, contact support immediately from the purchase address.
