Refunds

If MovePass is not right for your move, ask within 14 days of purchase and Benjamin O'Bright trading as Miniature Mythos will refund the full €12 purchase price. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Email hello@miniaturemythos.com from the purchase address and include the payment reference if you have it. You can also call 083 432 8731 for help making the request.

How the refund is paid

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. MovePass records the refund status but never stores card details. A full refund ends access for that purchase and revokes its MovePass links.

If the service fails

We will also provide an appropriate remedy when MovePass cannot create access, retain your boxes, generate usable labels or restore the service within a reasonable period.

Statutory rights

This voluntary promise is additional to your applicable consumer rights and does not limit them.
